ROBERT FAVATA
Mr. Favata is a member of the firm who conducts a general law practice
with an emphasis on banking, real estate and corporate law. Mr. Favata
specializes in the representation of institutional and individual clients
in the closing of residential mortgage loans, condominium loans,
cooperative apartment loans; representation of building owners in the
acquisition and financing of commercial real estate properties; drafting
of revolving credit and term loans for commercial transactions on behalf
of institutional lenders; representation of institutional lenders in
Industrial Development Agency bond financing; representation of commercial
lenders and leasehold mortgage transactions; review of State and Federal
bank regulations for statutory compliance purposes.
Mr. Favata earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University Law
School in 1976. Mr. Favata is admitted in the State of New York and the
Southern District of the Federal Courts of New York.

Mr. Wallace is a member of the firm who conducts a general law practice
with an emphasis on all phases of litigation, representing both plaintiffs
and defendants in the following areas of civil practice: real estate
title claims, personal injury, products liability, construction defects,
labor law, contractual interpretations, declaratory judgment actions
determining insurance coverage questions, commercial breach of contract
and fraud. Mr. Wallace was formerly an adjunct lecturer in the areas of
litigation and trial preparation and business organizations at C.W. Post
College, Greenvale, New York. Other areas of experience include real
estate transactions, Will drafting and estate administration,
representation of small businesses and drafting of business agreements.
Mr. Wallace earned his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in
1980 where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Wallace is
admitted in the State of New York and the Eastern, Southern and Northern
Districts of the Federal Courts of New York.
MAUREEN CARROLL
Ms. Carroll is counsel to the firm who conducts a general law practice
with an emphasis on banking, real estate, estates and estate planning,
including the drafting of wills and trust agreements;
representation of clients in federal and state tax matters;
representation of small corporations and negotiation and drafting of
shareholder and stock purchase agreements.
Ms. Carroll earned her Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School. Ms.
Carroll is admitted in the State of New York and the Eastern and Southern
Districts of the Federal Courts of New York.
